metaquotes last night. It will be uproariously funny to anyone who has listened to commercial terrestrial radio in the US in the past couple of years, or like me, collects these things, head scratching to anyone else. Hell, I had to memory it.
Laughed yourself silly? good. Moving on.
Not that there's much to update, really. Work is still driving me batshit this week, and basically unless I tumble into bed right away upon coming home, home isn't exactly an oasis of peace and relaxation either lately. :P at least the doom project at Anzovin studios is also done, so
anzovin can get some sleep and a haircut and
sundart can stop shuffling about like a sleep and brain deprived zombie of Tweak. Not that I've been seeing her all that much this week due to her being over at the Studio until all hours keeping the mad Jew from losing more of his mind and then working the evening rushes for the rest of the week, so we've basically been two ships passing in the night.
Last night found me in bed by 9:15, figuring that since I wasn't going to do much about my evening other than mope about and be miserable I might as well go to sleep. Not the worst decision in the world, as the sun slams into my window and into my eyes these days at precisely 6:45am. Seriously, I've been beating my alarm consistently every morning for a week. Yay for Spring I guess? I'll get a reprieve when daylight savings time kicks in, and hopefully the sun will shift position enough so that it doesn't rise and burn my retinas every morning. No, I'm not really complaining, as I like actually waking up as opposed to being shocked out of a sound sleep by a squawking alarm.
Seriously though... not sure what changed in the past week, but lately it just seems to be fight, sorta make up two days later, repeat ad nauseum with
morlock and I lately, which has been kinda stressful... I'm sure we'll work through it, but *sigh* not exactly a day at the fun park for either of us right now.
7:38. I suppose I'd best go feed the cats, have some breakfast, get dressed and head off to the abbatoir.
