that above is the appoximate expression I bear in some tweenybopper's soon to be art project.

After work, which, by the way, was long and stupid, and also after bellowing [livejournal.com profile] iona_dreaming's and [livejournal.com profile] reverendtom's names across the South Street/ElmStreet/State Street/Main Street intersection (they bear a distinctive silhouette easily spottable from a block and a half away - and my voice carries that far when I use it. Over traffic too) and crossing the street to say hi, I was approached by two teenage girls, one carrying a camera. They asked me if I would like to be in their art project - one was going to tell me a joke, the other was going to take my picture when she did.

The joke goes as follows: A chicken and an egg are lying in bed together. The chicken rolls over, lights up a cigarette, and says to the egg, "well. Guess that answers that question."

I know. I had the same reaction.

Such a beautiful night out... it was hard for [livejournal.com profile] sydneycat and I to go inside for Smackdown! after we went out for dinner. These nights are made for skirts and black trench coats and wandering through the shadows. and listening to the wind blow through branches about to explode from dull gray into vibrant green... These nights are made for girls to to slather on some instant mood booster (and by that I mean Revlon Colorstay 85 - Burgundy - nothing makes me feel better than looking like the gorgeous painted sex goddess that I am some days) and do bad things to the libidoes of those that love them with a wink and a smile and a good hard tease, since due to the lipstick kissing is off limits. May there be a few weeks of them left.

Tomorrow they call for thunderstorms, which is actually good. I'd hate to be cooped up at work through another gorgeous day.

Guess what else is great on warm nights...

The sound of trains..they are maybe half a mile or less from me.

It is TRUE! There are train tracks about the same distance away from the 'Tower!
