PIrate faire was fun. Once again, a lovely faire full of lovely vendors selling lovely things that I couldn't afford if I tried. Bah. Well, okay, I didn't walk away empty handed - I have two lovely hanging candleholders and as always the food was hearty and yummy and handmade (nothing like walking about with a small keg of hand squeezed lemonade). And all of us looked quite smashing in our piratey gear. But by the end my shoes were killing me and I was too hot and hungry and cranky and ... lets just say we got home and I went to sleep in bra, catsuit and bodice and scratchy jewelry. Yeah. I was tired.

I'm still tired really. after I woke up I dragged off the rest of my costume and pillaged on the pirateverse for a bit, and then C and I had a late dinner... I don't know - I think my general sense of tired is emotional rather than physical. bleh.
In better less angsty news, C and I purchased our wedding rings. We've decided we're still doing something at the end of the year, probably a small ceremony with the family, dinner for the folks at the ceremony, and some sort of off the wall party for everyone the day after. :) Will keep folk posted as to what's going on. But eep. I think we're actually doing this. And our rings are pretty. :)

Are you talking about the Vermont Renaissance Festival in Greenfield? I was there on Sunday (around 10:45-4:00) but didn't see you or yours. Weird.

Yes, I was wearing my teal green shirt (with the black and silver lace panels down the sleeves), flowy black pants, and purple suede boots. I saw Morgan (blonde, Bonnie's roommate, last name eludes me), but didn't notice anyone else except for a few of George's friends.
