This weekend was a good one. Friday night lostcircuit came over with X Files and we MST3Ked a few episodes and took a break to watch the last half hour of Smackdown, as we missed the Wrestling (and duely MST3Ked that too.) Dinner was had courtesy of

lostcircuit and

sydneycat (mmm, pie.) And we now have something else to tease anzovin about until the end of time, though "Where's Waldoo" wasn't nearly as good as Hannibal Lecter eating your liver wiith some fava beans and a nice enchilada.

Saturday was lovely weather, though we had to enjoy it elsewhere yesterday due to an infestation of fans of the Wacky Weed on the common yesterday. Which really would have been fine except you would have to BE high to consider whatever sounds squawking out of amps all day to be music. Case in point, they let Mr. Bucket take the mike for about 20 minutes. Ugh. So sunny, syd, inle_rah and I escaped to the Umass pond for a while where we saw LOTS of ducks and geese and a rather ginormous turtle living at the bottom. And then anzovin joined us and we amused ourselves by making fun of seriously inept skateboarders. (hey Raf, did you ever write down that Frisbee idea?) And then there was Bertuccis... mmm, Bertucci's...

Today I'm doing a whole lotta nothing - a bit of coding and some halfhearted 'Cracking, as I'm one level off of 40 with Kayena and I feel like I should just push through and git 'er done, as it were. But bleh. I think the level 40-49 blehs have hit me early. Today is not without its highlights, however as I got to wake up to warm girlie, I just made a mess of chicken with an experimental seasoning choice, and when I pitifully whined at morlock to check if Big Y sold Golden Grahams (since Stop & Shop apparently doesn't carry it anymore) he showed up triumphantly with four boxes. O_o

So um yeah. Life is good.
