Panicking: amazingly none. We'll see how that goes as the night wears on.
Coffee consumed: *peers into cup* looks like about 28/32 oz. Whee.

Second... yesterday nounsandverbs asked me if he could use my name in one of his songs. I was like sure! The song's not actually about me, my name just scanned well (though some lines certainly do apply). It's up on his Facebook music page if you wanna take a listen. (search for Matt Besterman.) I got a present from unfolded_cranes today! She makes these tiny little gnomes out of sculpy that... oh well, see for yourself:



As if the fact that he's perched on a CVS bottle isn't scale enough, this little guy is also quite comfortably perched on a quarter.

I think the best thing is that not only is he dressed in purple and black and cute as hell, but he's got a weensy little belly scar too. Ladies and gentlemen, I has a recovery icon.
