Dec. 27th, 2007 12:17 ami swear, every winter I swear I'm going to buy a floor sander. Why you might ask? To get the dead dry skin off my feet.
of course saying that conjures upall sorts of horrible sketch comedy potential about various tools and substances you can use for health and beauty care that you can find at Home Depot. Stranger things have happened - hell, Vaseline was discovered when oil riggers started spearing the petroleum by product on their burns... And think about what other things WD40 can loosen up!
Okay, you know what? on that note, it is officially my bedtime.

Date: 2007-12-27 02:03 pm (UTC)Use a pumice stone to help take off the worse of the dry skin, and then coat your feet with eucerin lotion (to the point you can still visibly see the lotion) and then put on a heavy pair of socks overnight.
Of course, I hate sleeping in socks, so I don't really follow my own advice. But Eucerin cream (and LOTS of it) is the best thing in the world for dry skin.
