Disturbing

Has anyone else seen the "Punch out the Evil Kangaroo" ads on hotmail and a few other places? Do they HAVE to make the evil kangaroo that scary looking? Burning red eyes that make the Flaming Vag- er, Eye or Sauron look positively normal, not to mention a mouth full of sharp yellow teeth and a seriously psychotic expression? Do they realize that I'm going to have nightmares about killer marsupials now?

In other news, thanks to sundart I was actually up at a fairly reasonable hour. The problem is that I've been seriously unmotivated today. I still have to drag my carcass out of the house and get these pictures done so I can mail 'em off to the folks.  And I wanna take my bike ride, though I don't know if I actually want to go all the way out to the other end of the trail. Still seething at timarok about the implication that I bike at the speed of his grandmother. Especially since I seem to outpace most of the folks on the trail. Not everyone's in such a big hurry, ya know.

anyway. I should stop staring at this deranged animal and go get something done.

sorry about the LJ-burp earlier. my journal's acting a little wonky today, and apparently "cannot contact server" means "I'm secretly posting this anyway even though I'm telling you I can't." Hence the seven complaints about the psychotic kangaroos.
