Well, that's fucked.

So. I was gonna post pics from athene's and lordaerith's wedding. Which was gorgeous and wonderful and well thought out and *sigh*. Except the cord I've got isn't the cord to my camera. So much for that.

I was gonna write this big long entry gushing about the wedding instead. Except I got a comment from someone that upset me so much I nearly broke morlock's coffee table with my laptop. Not exactly feeling up to posting after wanting to eat chunks of random human skull.

Was gonna post the cool 200 question quizthing instead cause it didn't invlove my brain. Did something stupid and all my answers got eaten.

I think i'd better give up on the posting thing for tonight. But first... all the love and best wishes in the world to athene and lordaerith. If the happiness in your faces today was any indication, you guys are on your way to a gorgeous life together.

Wedding post, take II

Seriously overslept this morning, shit shit shit.

So much for getting anything productive done today. Looks like I'll be staying home today and going in early tomorrow.

so, the post about athene and lordaerith's wedding! I'll post pics tomorrow - I'll just use a card reader at this point. Growl!

In case I hadn't said it before, their wedding was gorgeous - probably the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended. What you get when you get two theater lovin' Pagan game geeks together. It was up at the Warfield House, which was surrounded by scenery porn galore, and though some dark thunderclouds hung in the sky, it thankfully didn't rain anywhere near the ceremony.

I know they had some costumery issues before the ceremony - not that anyone noticed. Everyone looked gorgeous.

They had four bridesmaids and four groomsmen dressed in elemental colors (whic later ad a big role in the ceremony) and cooler than cool, the bridesmades carried daggers and the groomsmen had these swords *drool* anyway. And the bride and groom themselves were, well breattaking. I can honestly say I've never seen lordaerith look that handsome before.

The wedding ritual was... well. It was obvious that they put a lot of thought into the sequence, the blocking...

you know what, maybe I'll just run to CVS and put tese damn pics on a CD. This sorta needs pictures to tell appropriately. :)

Overall, a good time was had by all. So... one wedding down in the Incestovalley. Two more to go.
